ID Finance’s fantastic team shines during this year’s summer teambuilding

With the summer upon us, finally the moment came for the ID Finance team to celebrate a very much awaited teambuilding activity. Successfully kept as a secret for weeks by the HR team, it was a fantastic surprise to make an excursion to the beautiful medieval town of Pals in Costa Brava.

Surrounded by centuries old fortifications, we travelled back in time to participate in a racy treasure hunt. Not only were we all able to learn many interesting things about Pals history, but we also were able to dive deep into our 10 Leadership Principles which lie at the core of ID Finance’s corporate culture.

As a matter of fact, we formed 10 teams, each of them named by one of our principles which are: “Think from first principles”, “Understand and articulate strategy”, “Prioritize according to strategy”, “Encourage Change”, “Deliver Results”, “Have backbone”, “Use data and focus on details”, “Spend wisely” or “Lead by example”.

Combining the limitless potential of our great team with the wisdom of our leadership principles, we were able to discover and learn new things and get all the pieces together. It doesn’t matter whether the team members belong to areas such as Risk, UX, Product, Customer Success, Collections, Marketing, HR or Finance… we have one amazing team and are always looking for new talent to join us.
