FT Partners highlights ID Finance latest funding rounds in its Q1 2023 Fintech Insights report

In its Q1 2023 FinTech Insights report, FT Partners has highlighted ID Finance recent equity and debt financing rounds led by UK institutional investor Kingsway Capital and US asset manager Spouting Rock, totalling $63M.

The US investment bank specialized on the FinTech sector emphasized that ID Finance Spain recently closed a €30M equity financing agreement with UK asset manager Kingsway Capital ID Finance Spain raised €30M in equity financing at a company valuation of €235M. In addition, it mentioned the $30M debt facility agreed for Mexico with US asset manager SR Alternative Credit, a subsidiary of Spouting Rock.

Both transactions are aimed at accelerating the business growth, particularly focused on the roll out of Plazo, ID Finance financial wellness app, as well as to support the growth of its consumer finance business in Mexico.
