The ID Finance Group has obtained dual certification in Criminal Compliance and Anti-Bribery Management from Bureau Veritas for its subsidiaries in Spain: ID Finance Investments, ID Finance Spain, ID Finance Plazo, and Plazo Credit. The firm thus becomes one of the first Spanish fintech companies to achieve this dual accreditation.
Both certifications, awarded in accordance with international standards UNE 19601 (Criminal Compliance) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery), certify that ID Finance has robust systems and processes for detecting and preventing criminal and bribery-related offences.
To obtain these certifications, the company underwent a rigorous external and independent audit by Bureau Veritas, under the supervision of the Spanish National Accreditation Body (ENAC). These certifications not only reflect the firm commitment of the Group and its governance and management bodies to mitigating such criminal risks in the conduct of its business activities, but also demonstrate its leadership in implementing best practices in the fintech sector.
