The Ethics Line is a service that helps to prevent or detect inappropriate conducts, contrary to the ethical principles and values by which IDFINANCE ( hereinafter, the group), is governed in order to carry on its business.
The IDFINANCE Ethics Line is a strictly confidential communication channel accessible to employees, associates, clients and, in general, any interested third party, which is provided by an independent third party, with the aim of informing of any possible irregular conducts in the Organization.
The Ethics Line is one of the main sources of information and detection of offences, a fundamental component in our Model of Compliance and Code of Ethics of the Group.
As part of our commitment to ongoing improvement in the processes, the Ethics Line will enable IDFINANCE to detect any activity that does not comply with the Group’s ethical principles.
Access to the Communication Channel
Remember that the complaints must concern acts or conduct, present or past, referring to the areas of application of the following rules of conduct: Code of Ethics or any ot her internal policies and rules applicable to IDFINANCE.
