We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Minsk team. Once here you will be responsible for:
  • Proceeding incoming customer requests in messengers and mail
  • Implementing customer service standards, guidelines, procedures and systems to ensure the high-quality customer experience
  • Verification of customer data
  • Payments overseeing and proceeding
  • Discovering bugs and gaps in Product, reporting
  • Interaction with Tech and other company departments
Requirements 
  • Higher or relevant education
  • Experience at Call center would be a plus
  • Experience with Banking products center would be a plus
  • Analytical skills
  • High-level PC user
  • Clear and literate speech
  • good level of self organization and attention
